    Birkenstocks, Birkenstocks, Birkenstocks. Oh and an anti-inflammatory meds. I had P.F. really bad. Finally, I went to see my doctor. She suggested I wear the sandals as much as possible. I’d wear them when driving and then change my shoes in the car if needed. Within a week, it was better. A few weeks and completly gone. I swear by it…..

    Elevate feet as often as possible.

    Being a nurse on my feet 12 hours a shift, I found NewBalance worked for me.I also bought surgical knee highs. But truly only time helped.
